Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Organisers

2. Eligibility

Natural persons residing in Austria who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation

Participation takes place via the form provided on the sweepstakes page. Only one participation per person is possible. Multiple participation leads to exclusion.

4. Profit

The prize is described on the sweepstakes page. A cash withdrawal or an exchange of the profit is not possible.

5. Profit determination

The winners are randomly determined and notified by email. If a winner does not register within 14 days, the winning will be re-drawn.

6. Data protection

The data collected in the context of the competition (name, e-mail) will be used exclusively for the implementation of the competition and deleted after completion, unless further consent (e.g. newsletter) has been granted. Further information can be found in our Data protection declaration.

7. Early termination

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.

8. Disclaimer

The organizer is not liable for technical disturbances that affect the participation in the competition.

9. Legal action

Legal action is excluded. Austrian law applies.
